This style Dagger/Short Sword used by "Indrajit" (Played by Rajneel Singh) episode "THE WAY" (Season Four ). It is made of hard resin then painted in silver with a gold handle accented in black and it measures approximately 21” long. A wonderful weapon.

The panther dagger is made of hard resin and measures about 14 1/2” long. It is the same style used in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Season 3 episode “Not Fade Away”. A heavy solid dagger.

‘The Gurka Dagger’

The gurka dagger was used in many episodes of Xena. The screen cap I have for viewing is from episode ‘Between the Lines’. The top dagger is made of resin and has gurka printed on the side in small print, it measures about 13” long. The bottom dagger is made of closed cell foam with a resin handle and measures about 15”.

The gurka daggers with sheaths were used for stunt work and are made as a one piece dagger and sheath so the stunt men would not lose the dagger in combat scenes or flips and falls. They are made of closed cell foam and then covered in a light coat of resin and painted for that dagger in a sheath look. They both measure about 15” in length and have leather ties to tie it to the belt or outfit. Quite well made and very realistic from up close or back ground scenes. The screen cap I have for viewing is episode ‘Last of the Centaurs’.

‘The Spinal Dagger’

I nicknamed this dagger the spinal dagger because it has a backbone or spinal design across the top of the handle. It is the same style used in episode  ‘Many Happy Returns’. It is made of resin, painted black with a silver guard and blade. It measures approximately 15” from tip to end.

‘Fat Handled Knifes’

These fat handled knifes are the same style used in season 5 of Hercules the Legendary Journeys, episode ‘Fade Out’. They measure right at 11 1/2” and are made of solid resin painted with a silver blade and a brown handle. I acquired two of these from New Zealand, one has brown suede leather with leather strips wrapped and tied around the handle and one doesn’t. Heavy well made little impressive knifes that look a little different in the pictures, but take the leather of the one they would look the same.

My Best Girl’s Wedding Dagger’

This dagger was used in Hercules the Legendary Journeys episode ‘My Best Girls Wedding’. It is made of heavy resin with leather wrapped on the handle. It is quite heavy, well made and it measures approximately 21” from pommel to the tip of the blade.

‘Scrolled Dagger’

 The episode I found it in is ‘The Dirty Half Dozen’. It is made of closed cell foam with a resin handle. It is painted silver with gold tone highlights and the handle has the appearance of black leather but was actually poured in the mold that way and painted, it measures right at 12 1/2” from pommel to tip. The guard has a scrolled or feather design to give it  great appearance on screen.

‘Snake head Dagger’

This snake head dagger is made of cast aluminum and then painted with a leather wrapped handle. It quite heavy and well made. This style dagger was used in Hercules the Legendary Journeys, episode ‘Heedless Hearts 2’ and being metal was probably used for close up scenes so it looked real. It measures 17” from the claw tip to the tip of the blade and has a snake head and tail for the guard.

‘Tazere’s Dagger’

This dagger is the same style used by the warlord Tazere’s in Xena Warrior Princess episode ‘Legacy’ . It is made of hard resin and painted silver and gold with lots of detail, a very well made and detailed dagger. It measures approximately 15” from pommel to blade tip.

This dagger style was used in the Xena episodes ‘Here She Comes, Miss Amphipolis’and again in ‘Motherhood’. I also found a screen cap of slaves pouring into a dagger mold to make one of the daggers in Xena Warrior Princess episode ‘The Dirty Half Dozen’. It is made of hard resin painted gold, silver and black with a real crowie shell inlaid in the blade at the guard. It measures approximately 14 1/2” from pommel to blade tip.
